Our Recruitment Process
We want to ensure that joining Boombit is a seamless and transparent experience for you.
Timeline
We strive to complete our recruitment process within 2-3 weeks, though this can depend on the position and the candidate’s availability. We are committed to keeping you informed at every stage and will provide regular updates on the status of your application.
Phases of Our Process
01. Application Submission:
You can begin by exploring our current job openings and submit your application online by filling out the form for the position you wish to apply for.
02. Initial Screening
Once we receive your application, our recruitment team will review your application to ensure your qualifications meet the position’s requirements. We also make sure to verify references.
03. First Interview
Selected candidates will have a first-round interview with a member of our HR team.
04. Second Interview
Successful candidates from the first interview will be invited for a second-round interview. You may need to meet with the technical team to discuss your experience in more detail.
05. Skills Assessments
Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete a skills assessment or participate in a work sample test. The recruiting team will guide you through this step if necessary.
06. Offer & Onboarding
If you are selected for the role, we will extend a formal offer of employment. Upon acceptance, our onboarding process begins to ensure you have all the tools and support needed to start your journey with us successfully.
