How secure is my information?

The Boombit website and relevant Services includes industry standard security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. While there is no such thing as “perfect security” on the internet, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of your information.

All data passing from your computer to this site via HTTPS is authenticated and encrypted using 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This is the most advanced level of encryption available today, and it means that any information sent from your computer is scrambled in such a way that makes it completely unintelligible if intercepted. When you are on a secure section within this site, a padlock will appear at the bottom (or top) of your web browser’s screen. This is your assurance that the encryption is in place and that you are communicating across a secure link.

Additionally, you retain all rights of ownership to the data you have stored with the Boombit Service. We will not sell or share this data with any third-parties or use this data to compete with you or advertise to your clients. Your privacy and the privacy of your clients are of utmost importance to us.

How can you access or correct your information?

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows an error.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
