01 Discovery Process
With one of our New Business Developers (NB) and our VP of Client Services, to get to know each other, learn about your business, and how we can help you.
Since the very beginning of our onboarding process, we have signed an NDA with your company to keep any information strictly confidential and secure.
Staffing Needs and Opportunities
We set crystal clear expectations about your staffing needs. We gather information such as job descriptions, profiles, capabilities and amount of resources you may need to execute your project.
02 Staffing Process
We actively use LinkedIn Talent Solutions to find your next team member based on your Job Description and necessary skill set.
Our Talent Acquisition Specialists contact each candidate to validate their profiles and establish the first screening.
All candidates are then screened with our senior hiring specialists, to ensure they have a high level of proficiency in English.
Soft Skills and Hard Skills Evaluations
If the candidate passes the screening process (Step 1 to 3), we schedule a Soft Skills Interview where we measure their communication, analytical and teamwork skills through a DiSC Assessment.
Once the Soft Skills assessment is completed, we schedule a Hard Skills interview with one of our Technical Leads to review their seniority level with real-life scenarios and problems related to their professional profile.
Only the candidates that pass our Soft and Hard Skills assessments receive access to a number of specialized Online Tests to verify their savviness and experience with: Concepts, Software, Technologies, Frameworks and Methodologies.
Through our technical tests, we give all applicants an equal, unbiased opportunity to showcase themselves.
This ensures we get the best talent from all walks of life.
Then we present a handpicked list of pre-qualified candidates to you, allowing you to interview everyone, in order to make the final selection of your team members.
Only the best candidates are presented to our clients for their last interview and evaluation.
03 Hire & Onboard
Once the team members are selected by you, we will bring them on-board, providing all of the necessary training and equipment to ensure their full integration into your environment.
We take care of employment contract administration (NDAs, Non-competes, and labor contract), offer tax and legal services, and administer payroll – salary and social contribution payments.
Software and Hardware
For remote hires we set up a complete workstation as per your specifications for each engineer, ensure everyone has a comfortable workspace, offer IT administration and support, and provide video conference and audio communication hardware. Software licenses included:
- MS Office 365
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Figma or Sketch
- Corporate Email
- Mac OS Latest Version
- G Suite
Onboarding is a crucial step in our model. The resources need to be part of our onboarding process to understand our culture, live our values, and engage with your team.

04 Monitor & Improve
We continue to monitor the work of your team members, provide ongoing feedback and necessary training while advising on further adjustments and/or improvements as needed.
We share our expertise on best practices, tools, processes, and team collaboration mechanisms; monitor and provide regular feedback on team members’ onboarding and training progress.
